Pm. s are on the very bottom of the list for most companies. It is time consuming and most of the time companies feel it can be a waste of time, because the machine has to be down. And when the machine is not running the company is not making money. Through a time study I can show how pm. s can be done and at the same time minimize the down time. Efficiency studies can also come out of your time studies. This can open new ways to saving lost time process, procedures, and actions.
